DECISION SUPPORT OF CONTRACT EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT USING SAW METHOD AT PT. AEROFOOD ACS

چکیده
Pengelolaan SDM dari suatu perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi banyak aspek penentu keberhasilan kinerja tersebut. Jika dapat di organisir dengan baik, maka diharapkan menjalankan semua proses bisnisnya baik. Oleh karena hal tersebut, PT. Aerofood ACS yang memiliki karyawan kontrak, perlu adanya penilaian dalam menentukan perpanjangan kontrak. Peran sistem pendukung keputusan dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengambilan keputusan. Dalam ini membantu pihak manajemen mencapai tujuan kontrak melalui parameter-parameter sudah ditentukan oleh diantaranya Discipline, Integrity, Achievement Orientation, Continnous Learning, Continunous Improvement, Quality Customer Service dan Teamwork. Untuk mencari solusi menyelesaikan masalah metode Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Semua parameter dinyatakan mempunyai pengaruh penting penetapan alternatif terbaik karyawan.
